MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT
MINNESOTA VALLEY LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL
MVL is dedicated to training Christian students for Christian lives and supporting their growth physically, spiritually, and mentally. Specifically speaking of mental health support at school, MVL equips students with caring staff members who are always willing to meet with students and discuss personal matters. Each teacher at MVL is a compassionate, called-worked of Christ and wants to see their students thriving and succeeding. If a student would feel more comfortable talking to his or her favorite teacher, the student is encouraged to reach out for help.

Dean of Students, Jim Buboltz, is the school's designated contact point for students that might be struggling with mental health issues. His office door is always open or you can ask to schedule a meeting with him. He can work with students to provide resources and find sufficient help for each student and can also collaborate with other teachers to tailor a student's education to their specific needs.
